Shipping and Return Policy

1. Shipping

Orders are fulfilled by our partner pharmacy and shipped across India.

Delivery times may vary based on location but typically range from 3–7 business days.

Customers will receive a tracking link once the order is dispatched.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the nature of skincare and wellness products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the wrong product is delivered.

To be eligible for a product replacement

You must record an unboxing video clearly showing the seal, label, and issue with the delivered product.

The video must be shared with us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.

The product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition and packaging.

The return should be initiated and shipped back within 2 days of delivery.

Upon satisfactory review and verification:

We will arrange for replacement of the incorrect product at no additional cost.

Please note

No refunds are issued unless a replacement is unavailable.

Damage due to customer mishandling or usage will not qualify for return/replacement.
